Return & Exchange Policy
Here at Khulayzan, we take immense pride in offering 100% customer satisfaction to our clients. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a refund within 15 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible, just make sure you meet our return policy requirements and file a return request via email.
For the product to be eligible for return, it must be in the same conditions as received, be unused, unworn, unwashed, have tags attached to it, and be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be essential.
Return Policy
We offer a convenient return policy on ready-made items such as hijabs, accessories, and all RTW products in case of customer dissatisfaction.
( However, returns with valid reasons are encouraged. The customers are required to empathize with the hard work involved in packing, dispatching, and servicing an order.)
- We do not offer returns to customers with frequent return histories based on like/dislike/personal satisfaction. Any customer found to be violating our services will be blocked and no further orders will be entertained.
- Shipment charges will be paid by the customer. If you return an item that qualified for free shipping in your initial order, we will refund your amount minus the cost of shipping for your initial order.
Items Ineligible For Returns
- ALL items purchased during promotional sales such as SITE-WIDE BLOW OUT SALES, EID SALES, BLACK FRIDAYS, CLEARANCE SALE or any items at reduced price are non-refundable and considered FINAL sales. Returns are not eligible on any items marked as a FINAL sale.
- Price adjustments, returns, credits, or exchanges will not be entertained for the items that went on sale after you purchased them.
- Orders with a discount/promo code applied at checkout will be considered a FINAL sale.
- Since, we are committed to providing you with personal hygiene, all unpackaged hijabs, jewelry, and other such accessories are also considered FINAL sale and will not be returned or refunded.
Damaged Or Defective Article
In a rare case scenario, if you receive an article that is damaged or defective, we at Khuyzan offer a 100% money-back guarantee, provided we are notified within 12 hours of receiving your parcel. A new article will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Our customer care team will further help you in addressing your concerns.
Exchange Policy
We strictly do not offer any exchange on articles that were customized for our esteemed customers.
An exchange policy is only effective on RTW products and that too on the condition that the returned article is unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged with original tags and labels attached to it.
Receiving Your Refund
Once we receive your parcel, it will take us around 10 working days to process your refund request. Once the return has been issued, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your bank statement.
If you still haven’t received a refund yet, you are requested to check your bank account again, or you may contact your credit card company.
This process may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Order Cancellation Policy
In case you want to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order, after which your order will transfer to the processing stage. We do not entertain any cancellations in the processing stage.
However, Khulayzan has the right to cancel any order at any given time for any reason such as if the product went out of stock, or a pricing error, or a credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institutions. You will be informed accordingly if the unlikely event occurs.
Display of Colors
We have taken every possible step to display the true colors of our products on the website as possible. However, a color difference may occur depending on the different devices. We can not guarantee your screen's display of color to be completely accurate.
Incorrect Address
Khulayzan is not responsible for reshipping packages that were returned due to incorrect addresses. We are not liable to pay the cost for the next shipment. Upon request, we will reship your order once the invoice for shipping is paid.
In case the shipment is returned to us, our customer support team will contact you via email. All original shipping charges + 10-25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original refund in the event the shipment is returned to our facility.
